The service departments at the hotels have immediately experienced the impact of the advanced features in Horizon QMS, which enabled them to track and manage guest requests more efficiently. They have also benefited from Horizon QMS mobile app by automatically handling guest requests from nearly anywhere. Moreover, installing Horizon QMS Interactive Voice Response (IVR) was a distinctive feature, as it enabled the hotel staff to assign and finish work requests by simply dialing IVR number and follow its standard voice-guided steps. On the other hand, the upper management at the hotels was highly satisfied with the advanced reporting system in Horizon QMS, which enabled them to track their guests’ top work requests and monitor the efficiency of the various service departments.
